6 Weeks to Eating Well
In this 6-week group program, students begin to break free from unhealthy habits that sabotage their lives. They will gain the confidence they need in the 6 weeks that we are together to begin the journey toward a healthier life.
Weight loss, a clearer mind a new cooking skill, healthier children or family members, and a different intentional approach to their lives can all be results of this healthy journey.
In our Mastermind coaching sessions, we will discuss your goals, vision, and mindset toward food and eating. I will teach you how to read labels, redo your pantry and cook delicious plant-powered meals. Most importantly at the end of our 16 weeks together you will be better prepared to confidently move forward towards better health.
This is a 4-month individual coaching program.
